If you cannot make your session please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will not be refunded. In the event of sickness, I will endeavour to reschedule the session.

There are some medical reasons that prevent people from attending a sound therapy session. These include those in their first Trimester of pregnancy, anyone with a pacemaker, anyone with metal fittings (joints, pinned bones etc), anyone with stents, artificial heart valves and anyone with a diagnosis of schizophrenia. I would recommend that if you have epilepsy you seek advice from your doctor before attending.

You want to be as comfortable as possible, so I recommend loose fitting clothing. Wrap up warm as you be still for a prolonged period of time during sound therapy. Some people like to use a yoga blanket during a treatment.
